Toby graduated from St mary’s University with a first-class bachelor’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation.
As a sports rehabilitator graduate, Toby’s governing body is the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and is trained in Sports and Exercise Medicine principles. With this, there is an importance on the injury consultations, treatment, and the implementation of exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Over the course of Toby’s studies and post studies, he has managed to work in various environments and in numerous roles. These include working with Allen Physiotherapy, Care Fisioterapia (Madrid clinic), and several student clinics. Additionally, Toby has worked in a variety of sporting situations being a crucial part of the medical team for the England national football team, football teams in Madrid, and the London Broncos Rugby League team respectively.
In addition to combining academic theory with clinical practice, Toby has also managed to maintain and broaden his knowledge by working in the anatomy department of St George’s University, London, where he is regularly involved with cadaveric studies and teaching.
With this experience in mind, Toby manages clients on a case by case basis through the management of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal injury. Being able to work with professional athletes, corporate workers, business workers, and the general population has allowed Toby to be more precise and specific in his application of treating patients.
One of Toby’s key approaches to his style is his explanation to patients of what is going on, and why it is. This allows Toby to gain the trust of the patient and fill them with confidence.
There are countless ways to manage the human body, therefore it’s his own style that yields the best results for patients allowing them to move freely and be pain-free.

Henry is a neuromuscular and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitator, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the renowned St Mary’s University in London.
As a sports rehabilitator, Henry is trained in Sports and Exercise Medicine principles, with an emphasis on the design and implementation of exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Over the course of the last three years, Henry has undertaken work-based clinical placements combining academic theory with clinical practice. Working with professional sports teams and athletes at the national level and working as an integral part of the medical team for the England Rugby Sevens Series, London Broncos, and the Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Union team.
Henry is always looking at ways to innovate his knowledge and experience so he can apply his elite-level practice to the people that need it the most day to day.
His ability to transfer his evidence-based practice to private clinical appointments with physique athletes, corporate workers, business owners, and a large client base has yielded incredible results with hundreds of positive testimonials and a transformative impact on patient’s confidence to go through life, move and train pain-free.
Henry implements the right tools for the job on a case by case basis, through the management of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal injury. There never really is a one size fits all approach when it comes to the human body, so his personal touch makes all the difference.
